The personal consultation call is where we get to know you and your vision for your wedding date. We want make make sure we are the right fit and what you are looking for.
3.Secure your date
When you are ready to book. We require our contract signed plus a 50% retainer to secure your wedding date.
Booking your bridal trial is an essential step in bringing your wedding day vision to life. It’s your opportunity to meet with your artist, discuss your dream look, and try out different styles to ensure everything feels perfect for your big day. During the trial, we’ll go over your inspiration photos, skin type, dress details, and overall wedding theme to create a look that enhances your natural beauty and aligns with your unique style. We recommend scheduling your trial 2–3 months before your wedding to allow time for adjustments if needed.

One month prior to your wedding, we’ll go over all the final details to ensure everything is perfectly in place. This includes reviewing your customized day-of beauty schedule, which will be sent to you in advance. We’ll confirm timing, locations, and any last-minute updates, so you can feel confident and stress-free knowing everything is organized and ready for your big day.

Your big day is here! Now it's your time to relax, take it all in, and feel completely pampered. Your hair and makeup team will arrive on schedule, fully prepared to bring your bridal vision to life. All you need to do is sit back, sip your coffee (or champagne!), and enjoy every moment, we’ve got the beauty part covered.

We are mobile! Your bridal makeup artist and hair stylists will come to you for your big day!

To book your bridal makeup and hair appointment, we require a 50% retainer and signed contract. That in turn secures a padded time block for you and your bridal party on your wedding day.At the time of your inquiry please provide us with as many details as possible as that will make the booking process easier!

We ask that you arrive with your hair washed and dried the night before. Additionally, please come with clean, makeup-free skin to ensure the best results for your hair and makeup session.

We recommend booking your hair and makeup trial for a special event, such as a photoshoot or bridal party, to get a feel for the look in a real setting. It's best to schedule your trial at least two to three months before your wedding day. This allows you time to make any adjustments, ensures your stylist and makeup artist are available on your big day, and helps you feel confident in your final choice.

We can accommodate up to 18 services, thanks to our team of highly trained and experienced makeup artists.

Yes! We recommend letting us know as soon as possible to ensure we have enough artists available for your big day. This helps us provide the best service and ensure everything runs smoothly.

We allocate one hour per service to ensure that everything is done carefully and without feeling rushed. This allows us to give each person the attention they deserve and ensures a flawless result.

We provide the majority of our services in Vancouver, Whistler, the Lower Mainland and Manning Park including a travel fee. However, we are happy to accomodate travel to all destinations with food, travel and service fees paid by the client.

During Peak season (April - October) we require bookings of a minimum of 6 services on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
